How it plays
- It runs on your steps. While you walk, a lock-screen live panel shows how long you have been out, how many items are in your pocket and your next point to explore.
- You choose the route entirely yourself. The game only records it.
- Back home you appraise, haggle over and display what you found in your shop.
- In development: the rarer the item, the more attention you draw. Get noticed and the little bear runs away.
- The plan is a pass that sells content only, never your chances of success.
Designed not to rush you
Walking Curio Shop has no countdown timers, no streak check-ins and no energy limits. Coming home empty-handed costs you nothing. Evan Punk builds it as part of his experiment in walking more.

Walking Curio Shop records your location only while you are walking. The track stays on your phone, can be deleted with one tap, and is not uploaded.
